Bot not responding?

Make sure Turonex has Send Messages, Embed Links, Connect and Speak permissions. Run /play to check if it's online.

No audio playing?

Make sure you are in a voice channel before using /play. Also check that Turonex has Connect and Speak permissions in that channel.

Commands not showing up?

Slash commands can take up to 1 hour to appear after adding the bot. If they still don't show, try removing and re-inviting the bot.

Spotify not working?

Turonex supports Spotify track, album and playlist links. If a track fails, try searching by song name with /play song name instead.

Turonex collects only the minimum data necessary to provide its features:

We do NOT collect messages, usernames, email addresses, passwords, or any personal information beyond Discord IDs.

All data is used solely to provide Turonex's functionality. Guild settings power the bot's behaviour, history powers /history, and playlist data saves your playlists.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas using TLS encryption. Data is retained as long as the bot remains in your server or until you request deletion.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Data is never used for advertising purposes.

You can request deletion of all data associated with your server or user by contacting us via the Support Server.

Turonex, its code, branding, and assets are the property of their respective creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part without explicit written permission.

Turonex and its developers are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the bot, including data loss or service interruption.
